We deliver to nationwide across Malaysia.
When can I expect my order after confirmation order ?
For orders with direct printing, please allow 7-10 business days for delivery due to the test printing process. For orders without direct printing, expect delivery within 1-5 business days.
Where is Food Pack office? Can I drop by to meet representatives to clarify the products ?
Our office is located at No 6, Jalan SR 4/19, Taman Serdang Raya, 43300, Seri Kembangan, Selangor.
You can request a sample or test print before proceeding with production. Simply WhatsApp us, and our sales representative will be happy to assist.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
The MOQ is as low as 50pcs per SKU

How do I purchase my order on the Site ?
- Add to Cart: Click “Add to Cart” for the products or print services you want. For custom prints, leave a remark.
- Continue Shopping or Checkout: Choose to add more items or proceed to checkout.
- Log In/Register: Log in to your account or register if you’re a new user.
- Membership Discount: For discounted prices, make a bank transfer, and we will reload credit to your account.
- Shipping & Payment:
- Confirm your shipping address → Click “Next”
- Choose a shipping method → Click “Next”
- Select a payment method → Click “Next”
- Review & Confirm: Check your order details, agree to the terms, and click “Confirm Order” to complete your purchase.

Where are Food Pack takeaway containers made ? Are you the manufacturer ?
Our takeaway containers are locally sourced from reliable, food-grade quality partners.
We are a direct printing factory located in Serdang, giving you the option to either purchase the containers on our site or you can also send your existing containers for direct printing services. Test prints are also available to ensure the quality meets your expectations.
Are you open to collaboration / partnerships ?

What is the lifespan of the color and container ?
The print color may fade with repeated use and stretching.
We recommend recycling the container and not using it beyond its intended lifespan for optimal performance and safety.
